ASEAN Cableship Pte Ltd (ACPL) provides individuals with a secured whistleblowing channel to disclose in confidence possible wrongful practices within or related to the company. ACPL has a Whistleblowing Policy which establish and provides more informabout of the transparent reporting structure and process for the submission, assessment, and investigation of reports.
Whistleblowers may report any concerns or disclosures relating to improper conduct by emailing to whistleblow@acpl.com.sg using the A96 Whistleblowing Report Form. All disclosures should be made in good faith, without malice, and when the whistleblower has reasonable grounds for suspecting that an incident of wrongful practice has occurred.
